What we file, and how we file it.

Two practices under one roof: family-based cases for spouses and relatives, and self-petition paths for professionals who would rather not wait on an employer.

Family & humanitarian

The cases that make up the reviews.

Self-petition & employment

No cap. No lottery. No sponsor.

The paths high-skilled immigrants tend to overlook, because no one explains them clearly. Filed the same way she files everything: evidence first, USCIS data read before the strategy, not after.

O-1

Extraordinary ability

For individuals with sustained national or international acclaim in the sciences, business, arts, education, or athletics. No employer sponsor required when structured through a U.S. agent. Multiple engagements can sit in one itinerary.

EB-1A

The self-petitioned green card

Permanent residence for those at the top of their field, filed without an employer. She reviews the profile against current USCIS adjudication trends before agreeing to file.

EB-2 NIW

National Interest Waiver

A green card for work of substantial merit and national importance, waiving the job-offer and labor-certification requirements. A strong fit for researchers and founders.

Employment-based matters are handled through her practice at bwea.com. Results in these categories are shared on request, since the work is often confidential.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A conversation about your case and your options, with the cost of each spelled out.

  2. 02

    Flat fee, in writing

One quoted fee for the filing. No hourly surprises for the core work.

  3. 03

    Prepared and filed

Forms drafted, evidence assembled, filed correctly the first time. Often within days.

  4. 04

    Through the finish

Updates as they come, interview prep, and answers to your questions until it is done.
